Blackhill Organic Lleyn Sheep

The Lleyn flock was established in 1997 with the purchase of ewes predominately from flock 213-J.R.S. & C. Burrows and flock 266 - D.F. & O.M.Bond. The closed flock comprises of 150 ewes which are M.V. accredited and scrapie monitored free. The flock is MLC recorded and a member of the sire reference group. Organic conversion began in June 1999 and reached full organic status in June 2001.
